| 摘 要:光动力治疗是近年来有效的肿瘤局部治疗方式之一。光动力治疗在肿瘤的临床治疗以及众多临床试验中取得了新进展,充分展示了其治疗潜力。细胞死亡是机体清除肿瘤细胞的重要机制,光动力治疗可以通过诱导多种细胞死亡方式来达到治疗肿瘤的作用。全文总结了近年来光动力治疗在肿瘤治疗中的临床应用以及分子机制探究方面的进展,以期为肿瘤治疗带来新的思路。 |

| Abstract: Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is an effective local treatment modality for tumors. Significant progress has been made in both the clinical application of PDT and related clinical trials, underscoring its considerable therapeutic potential. As a key mechanism for eliminating tumor cells, cell death can be induced by PDT through multiple pathways to achieve antitumor effects. This paper summarizes recent advances in the clinical applications and molecular mechanisms of PDT in oncology, aiming to provide new perspectives for cancer treatment. |
