      摘 要:重离子放射治疗凭借精准剂量分布与强效肿瘤杀伤优势,成为全球癌症治疗领域的前沿技术。中国自主知识产权重离子放射治疗设备研发历经数十年攻关,从1993年中国科学院近代物理研究所提出“重离子治癌”构想到2020年在甘肃省武威肿瘤医院投入临床使用,再到2025年已在武威、兰州、杭州、莆田等多地建成重离子治疗中心,国产装置累计治疗病例超2 000例,适应证拓展至50余种肿瘤,打破了国外长期技术垄断,实现了从技术跟跑到部分领跑的跨越。全文聚焦重离子放射治疗设备研发关键历程与临床应用进展,系统梳理从研发设想提出到产业化落地的关键节点,按时间脉络总结重离子放射治疗设备在不同阶段的应用场景与推广成果,为中国高端医疗装备领域的技术迭代与产业布局提供参考。

      Abstract: Heavy ion radiotherapy has emerged as a cutting-edge technology in global cancer treatment due to its precise dose distribution and potent tumor-cell killing capability. The development of heavy ion radiotherapy equipment with China’s independent intellectual property rights has involved decades of dedicated efforts. From the initial concept of “heavy ion cancer therapy” proposed by the Institute of Modern Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1993, to its clinical implementation at Gansu Wuwei Cancer Hospital in 2020, and further expansion by 2025, treatment centers have been established in multiple locations including Wuwei, Lanzhou, Hangzhou, and Putian. Domestically developed systems have cumulatively treated over 2 000 patients, with clinical indications extended to more than 50 tumor types. This progress has broken the long-term foreign technological monopoly, marking a transition from technological catch-up to partial leadership in the field. This paper reviews key milestones in the equipment’s development and clinical application, systematically outlines critical stages from conceptualization to industrialization, and summarizes application scenarios and promotion outcomes across different phases. It aims to provide a reference for technological iteration and industrial planning in China’s high-end medical equipment sector.
