| 摘 要:可变剪接(alternative splicing,AS)通过改变mRNA的剪接模式,增加了蛋白质的多样性,对肿瘤进展具有重要影响。AS在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)的发生、进展、迁移、侵袭及血管生成中扮演关键角色。全文综述AS在NSCLC中的作用机制,探讨其在肺癌诊断和治疗中的潜在应用价值,旨在为未来研究提供参考。 |

| Abstract: Alternative splicing (AS) has an important impact on tumour progression by altering the splicing pattern of mRNAs and increasing the diversity of proteins. AS plays a crucial role in the tumorigenesis, progression, metastasis, invasion, and angiogenesis of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). This paper reviews the mechanisms of AS in NSCLC and explores its potential applications in the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer, aiming to provide reference for future research. |
