| Abstract： Although occurring at a low frequency， neurotrophic tyrosine receptor kinase (NTRK) gene fusions represent an important driver alteration in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)， playing a pivotal role in tumorigenesis and progression. This review details the molecular mechanisms of NTRK fusions， their incidence and epidemiological characteristics in NSCLC， compares various detection techniques and diagnostic approaches， evaluates the efficacy and safety of NTRK-targeted therapeutic agents， and discusses current challenges and future directions in treatment. It aims to provide a comprehensive， reference for the clinical management and further investigation of NTRK fusions in NSCLC. |
