| 摘 要：肺癌发病率高，致死率位居所有恶性肿瘤首位。对于标准治疗失败后出现进展或者不能耐受静脉化疗的中晚期肺癌患者，目前尚无有效的治疗手段。支气管动脉化疗栓塞术（bronchial arterial chemoembolization，BACE）是中晚期肺癌较为成熟的局部微创治疗技术。近年来，随着BACE技术精细化与器材进步，BACE联合其他治疗方案的探索研究，比如药物洗脱微球支气管动脉化疗栓塞术（drug-eluting beads bronchial arterial chemoembolization，DEB-BACE）的成功应用，预示着BACE治疗肺癌迎来新的发展机遇。全文对BACE治疗肺癌的优势及其存在的挑战进行分析。 |

| Abstract： Lung cancer exhibits a high incidence rate and ranks first in mortality among all malignant tumors. For patients with advanced lung cancer who experience disease progression after standard treatment failure or cannot tolerate intravenous chemotherapy， there are currently no effective therapeutic options available. Bronchial arterial chemoembolization (BACE) has emerged as a well-established minimally invasive local treatment for advanced lung cancer. In recent years， with the refinement of BACE techniques and advancements in medical devices， exploratory stu-dies on BACE combined with other treatment modalities—such as the successful application of drug-eluting beads bronchial arterial chemoembolization (DEB-BACE)—indicate that BACE is entering a new phase of development in lung cancer management. This paper analyzes the advantages and challenges of BACE in the treatment of lung cancer. |
