      摘 要:食管腺癌是食管癌常见的病理类型之一,严重危害人类健康,因此探寻新的干预靶点和策略是亟待解决的关键问题。近年研究发现,脂代谢异常在食管腺癌的发生及进展过程中扮演了重要的角色。全文概述了不同类型脂类膳食对食管腺癌的影响,并总结了脂质吸收、合成、储存和分解多个过程中的重要酶类物质在食管腺癌发病过程中的作用及机制,同时梳理了脂质过氧化、脂质谱重编程等异常脂代谢特征在食管腺癌中的研究进展,以期为食管腺癌发病机制的探索提供新的思路,并为其新药研发和精准治疗提供参考。

      Abstract: Esophageal adenocarcinoma(EAC) is a prevalent and lethal subtype of esophageal cancer, underscoring the critical need to identify novel intervention targets and strategies. Recent evidence highlights the significant role of dysregulated lipid metabolism in EAC pathogenesis and progression. This paper synthesizes current knowledge on the impact of various dietary lipids on EAC risk. It further elaborates on the functions and mechanisms of key enzymes involved in lipid absorption, synthesis, storage, and degradation during EAC development. Additionally, we summarize recent research progress on concerning aberrant lipid metabolism features in EAC, including lipid peroxidation and lipidomic reprogramming. This comprehensive overview aims to offer new perspectives on the pathogenesis of EAC and provide a reference for developing new therapeutic agents and precision medicine approaches for EAC.
