| 摘 要：辅助化疗在多种恶性肿瘤中已证实可以减少复发和转移。目前研究显示，对早中期宫颈癌患者，术后辅助放疗联合辅助化疗无明显获益，但术后单纯辅助化疗或序贯放化疗的作用值得进一步探索。然而，辅助化疗在中晚期宫颈癌患者经同步放化疗后的作用及联合模式尚存在争议。全文就辅助化疗在宫颈癌术后或者同步放化疗后的研究现状及进展进行综述。 |

| Abstract： Adjuvant chemotherapy has been proven to reduce recurrence and metastasis in various malignancies. Current evidence suggests that for patients with early- to intermediate-stage cervical cancer， the addition of adjuvant chemotherapy to postoperative radiotherapy does not provide significant benefit. However， the roles of postoperative chemotherapy alone or sequential chemoradiotherapy warrant further investigation. The utility and optimal integration of adjuvant chemotherapy following concurrent chemoradiotherapy in patient with locally advanced cervical cancer remain controversial. This paper summarizes current research and recent advances regarding the use of adjuvant chemotherapy after surgery or concurrent chemoradiotherapy for cervical cancer. |
