| 摘 要：子宫内膜癌发病率逐年增高，其规范化诊疗已逐渐过渡到分子诊疗阶段，分子分型、遗传筛查、分子标志物、个体基因突变等对子宫内膜癌的诊断、治疗和预后具有重要意义，尤其是对于复发转移性的子宫内膜癌。本共识基于临床需求，结合近年来基因检测的技术进展与应用成果，提出了基于临床需求的子宫内膜恶性肿瘤基因检测规范化选择的建议，旨在为临床医生提供实用的参考标准，以促进个体化治疗方案的制订，提高患者的治疗效果和生活质量。 |

| Abstract： The incidence of endometrial cancer has been increasing， and its standardized diagnosis and treatment have gradually transitioned to the molecular treatment stage. Molecular subtyping， genetic screening， molecular biomarkers， and individual gene mutations play a crucial role in the diagnosis， treatment， and prognosis of endometrial cancer， especially in cases of recurrent and metastatic endometrial cancer. This consensus is based on clinical needs and incorporates recent advancements and applications in genetic testing technologies. It provides recommendations for the standardized selection of genetic testing for endometrial malignancies， aimed at offering practical reference standards for clinicians to facilitate the development of personalized treatment plans， ultimately improving patient outcomes and quality of life. |
