摘要：肝癌高危人群早诊断、早发现、早治疗可显著延长患者生存时间、提高患者生存质量，肝癌筛查意义显著。全文对全球主要国家/地区肝癌筛查指南进行系统综述，探讨腹部超声联合甲胎蛋白检测在肝癌早期筛查中具体筛查方法、最佳筛查时间间隔等，以及甲胎蛋白截断值的选择，为我国未来开展更大规模的肝癌筛查工作提供参考。

英文摘要:

Abstract： Early diagnosis， detection， and treatment of high-risk liver cancer patients can significantly prolong survival of patients and improve their quality of life. Liver cancer screening has certain significance. This paper systematically reviews the guidelines for liver cancer screening in various countries/regions around the world， and discusses the optimal time interval for early screening of liver cancer， the combination use of abdominal ultrasound (US) and alpha fetoprotein (AFP) testing， the selection of AFP cut-off values， to provide a reference for a larger-scale liver cancer screening program in China in the future.
