| 摘 要：自身免疫性疾病（autoimmune disease，AID）是免疫系统对自身抗原产生应答，造成组织细胞损伤或功能异常的临床病症。而恶性肿瘤不论是发生、进展，还是治疗和随访，都与免疫反应和免疫系统密切相关。AID可通过多种途径抑制或促进肿瘤的发生和进展：如AID中持续的免疫应答会增加免疫监测，抑制肿瘤；AID引起的慢性炎症的反复刺激会导致组织细胞突变，诱发肿瘤；同时，不同的AID和肿瘤类型也会对免疫治疗的效果产生不同影响。全文阐述AID与肿瘤的关系，分析讨论合并AID的肿瘤患者接受抗肿瘤免疫治疗的有关问题，为临床治疗策略的制定提供参考。 |

| Abstract： Autoimmune disease(AID) is a clinical condition in which the immune system responds to an autologous antigen， causing tissue and cell damage or dysfunction. The occurrence， develop-ment， treatment and follow-up of malignant tumors are closely related to immune response and immune system. AID may inhibit or promote the occurrence and development of tumors in a variety of ways： continuous immune response in AID can increase immune surveillance and inhibit tumors； repeated stimulation of chronic inflammation is conducive to tissue cell mutation and tumor induction. At the same time， different AID and tumor types would impact on the efficacy of immunotherapy. This paper reviews the relationship relationship between AID and malignant tumors， and discusses the issues related to anti-tumor immunotherapy in cancer patients with AID to provide references for the formulation of clinical treatment strategies. |
