| 摘 要：介入治疗已成为外科手术、化疗和放疗之外恶性肿瘤治疗的“第四把利器”。全文对血管介入，如经动脉化疗栓塞、肝动脉灌注化疗、经动脉放射栓塞，以及非血管介入，如射频消融、冷冻消融、微波消融、不可逆电穿孔、高强度聚焦超声消融、放射性粒子植入、经腔道支架植入等常用的介入技术作一述评，同时对介入联合系统治疗中晚期肝癌、淋巴介入、人工智能、医工结合和器械材料应用于肿瘤介入的最新研究作了展望，以期提高对介入手段应用于恶性肿瘤治疗的认识。 |

| Abstract： Interventional therapy has become the fourth effective therapeutic modality for malignant tumors besides surgery， chemotherapy and radiotherapy. This paper evaluates various modalities of interventional cancer therapy， including endovascular intervention (transarterial chemoembolization， hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy， transarterial radioembolization)， and non-endovascular intervention (radiofrequency ablation， percutaneous cryoablation， microwave ablation， irreversible electroporation， high-intensity focused ultrasound， radio-active seed implantation and transluminal stent implantation). The paper also reviews the latest research progress on the interventional therapy combined with systemic therapy for intermediate and advanced hepatocellular cancer， and the application of lymphatic interventional radiology； the paper also discusses the prospect of artificial intelligence， medical engineering， and novel equipments and materials in cancer interventional therapy. |
