Abstract: Cervical cancer is one of the major malignant tumors in gynecology, and its early diagnosis, precise, and prognosis evaluation are the challenges of medical research. Recent genomic researches have revealed that integrin β1, as a new downstream target of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α may have antitumor potential, high expression of nuclear receptor related protein 1 and trefoil factor 3 may increase the risk of cervical cancer, contactin 4 may play an important role in the progression of various malignant tumors. Proteomics researches have shown that desmoplakin, protein phosphatase 1, regulatory (inhibitor) subunit 13-like, and annexin A8 are closely related to the metastasis of cervical cancer, while B-cell lymphoma/leukemia-protein, transcription factor SMAD3, and phosphorylation site T70 may be involved in the progression of cervical cancer by regulating apoptosis. Minichromosome maintenance protein 3 and envoplakin, may be used as potential markers for precancerous screening. Transcriptomics researches have found that CC motif chemokine ligand 20 (CCL20) and cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 2A are significantly upregulated in tumors, and mutations in phosphatidylinositol-45-bisphosphate 3-kinase catalytic subunit alpha and abnormal activation of the PI3K/AKT pathway may play a central role in the development of HPV-negative inducible cervical cancer. In metabolomics, the combination of 2-methyl-1-propan and estrone detection were demonstrated to have a role in the early diagnosis of cervical cancer, while glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and trimethylamine N-oxide were related to the progression of cervical cancer by regulating metabolic pathways. This paper reviews the recent progress of these molecular biomarkers related to cervical cancer based on multi-omics technology, which may be used for the early diagnosis, precise treatment and prognosis evaluation of cervical cancer.
