| 摘 要：液体活检是利用人体体液作为标本检测疾病的技术，通过分析释放到外周循环中的血液游离DNA（cell-free DNA，cfDNA）等肿瘤成分，可结合高通量测序技术，纵向监测肿瘤动态变化。它具有非侵入性、较高可及性等优势。越来越多的证据表明，利用液体活检技术协助早期诊断、预测预后以及监测治疗反应和复发，从而指导肿瘤的临床治疗决策，在临床中具有重要价值。全文旨在将cfDNA在卵巢癌临床诊疗中的进展进行综述，以期为cfDNA在卵巢癌中的应用价值提供一定依据。 |

| Abstract： Liquid biopsy is a simple and non-invasive technique to detect cell-free DNA (cfDNA) in the peripheral circulation， with high-throughput sequencing it can monitor tumor dynamics over time. Increasing evidence shows that liquid biopsy holds great clinical value in early diagnosis of malignant tumors， predicting prognosis of patietns， monitoring treatment response and cancer recurrence， to guide clinical decision making. This paper reviews the progress of cfDNA in the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer to provide reference for its clinical application. |
