      摘 要:研究发现,甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)等血脂水平与乳腺癌风险及预后之间有着紧密的关联。血浆TC、LDL-C和TG水平升高可能与乳腺癌发生风险有关,血浆LDL-C、TG和 TG/HDL高水平和血浆HDL-C低水平可能与乳腺癌进展有一定的关联。因此,血脂水平有可能作为乳腺癌诊治中的重要生物标志物,但两者之间的因果关系尚未明确,仍需进一步探讨。同时,监测乳腺癌的血脂水平并使用调脂类药物进行血脂管理,对改善乳腺癌患者的预后及预防心血管疾病发生有一定的益处。未来研究应关注血脂水平在乳腺癌防治中的潜在作用,以期为临床实践提供有效指导,从而降低乳腺癌的发病率以及改善患者的预后。

      Abstract: Studies have found that triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) are closely related to the risk and prognosis of breast cancer. For example, elevated plasma TC, LDL-C and TG levels may be associated with the risk of breast cancer. High plasma LDL-C, TG and TG/HDL levels and low plasma HDL-C levels may be associated with the progression of breast cancer. Therefore, blood lipid level may be used as an important biomarker in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer, but the causal relationship is not yet clear and needs to be further explored. Simultaneously, monitoring the blood lipid levels of breast cancer patients and employing lipid-lowering drugs to manage blood lipids can be beneficial in enhancing patient outcomes and preventing cardiovascular diseases. Future research should concentrate on the potential role of blood lipid levels in breast cancer prevention and treatment, aiming to provide effective clinical guidance to reduce breast cancer incidence and improve patient prognosis.
