| 摘 要：放射治疗是一种主要的癌症治疗手段。大量研究显示，放疗会影响患者的消化和吸收功能，从而影响营养物质的摄取；此外，放疗可能引起口干、恶心、呕吐、口腔黏膜炎、食管炎等症状，这些症状会影响患者的进食能力和食欲，进而可能导致营养不良。因此，在进行放射治疗的肿瘤患者中，营养支持和管理显得尤为重要，有助于维持患者的营养状态和生活质量，提高治疗效果和预后。全文就放疗对肿瘤患者营养影响、营养筛查与评估、肿瘤放疗营养干预与常用模式、放射治疗引起的营养相关并发症预防与治疗、肿瘤放疗患者营养管理的挑战等方面进行综述，以期引起临床对肿瘤放疗患者营养管理的关注与重视，探索新的营养管理方法及策略；在临床实际工作中，为合理选用营养筛查与评估工具、及时防治放疗营养相关并发症、选择合适的营养干预路径提供参考依据。 |

| Abstract： Radiotherapy is used as a major cancer treatment. Numerous studies have shown that radiotherapy affects the digestion and absorption functions of patients， disturbing the intake of nutrients； radiotherapy may also cause symptoms such as dry mouth， nausea， vomiting， oral mucositis， and esophagitis， affecting the eating ability and appetite， all these lead to malnutrition of patients. Therefore， nutritional support and management are critical for cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy， which helps to maintain the nutritional status and quality of life of patients， and improve the therapeutic effect and prognosis. This paper reviews the nutritional impact of radiotherapy on cancer patients， nutritional screening and assessment， nutritional intervention and common modalities of cancer radiotherapy， prevention and treatment of nutrition-related complications caused by radiation therapy and challenges of nutritional management for radiotherapy patients， to provide a reference for the selection of nutritional screening and assessment tools， prevention and treatment of nutritional complications related to radiotherapy， and the selection of appropriate nutritional intervention pathways. |
