      摘 要: 免疫检查点抑制剂延长了恶性肿瘤患者的生存期,但部分患者难以从中获益,部分原因是肿瘤微环境(tumor microenvironment,TME)的代谢网络出现变化。TME中免疫细胞,如肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(tumor-associated macrophages,TAMs)、T细胞等的代谢特征与变化、免疫细胞间代谢的相互影响均会使抗肿瘤免疫向不同的方向发展。近年来研究表明,C1q阳性TAMs作为TAMs的一种特殊亚群,不仅在恶性肿瘤的进展中具有重要作用,而且与免疫治疗抵抗有着密切关系。全文对TME中T细胞、TAMs的代谢特点及C1q阳性TAMs影响T细胞功能及代谢的研究进展进行综述。

      Abstract: Although immune checkpoint inhibitors significantly prolong the survival of cancer patients, some patients still do not benefit from immune checkpoint inhibitors therapy, partly due to changes in the metabolic network of the tumor microenvironment (TME). The metabolic characte-ristics and changes of immune cells in TME, such as tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) and T cells, and their interactions can lead to the development of anti-tumor immunity in different directions. Recent studies have shown that C1q-positive TAMs, as a special subgroup of TAMs, not only play an important role in the progression of malignant tumors, but also are closely related to immunotherapy resistance. This paper reviews the research progress on the metabolic characteristics of T cells and TAMs in TME, and the effect of C1q-positive TAMs on T cell metabolism and function.
