| 摘 要：［目的］ 通过孟德尔随机化（Mendelian randomization，MR）分析，探讨甲状腺功能亢进症与胃癌之间是否存在因果关系。［方法］ 从IEU数据库中获得甲状腺功能亢进症相关数据，从GWAS catalog数据库获得胃癌的汇总统计数据。进行孟德尔随机化分析调查甲状腺功能亢进症与胃癌之间的潜在因果关系，采用逆方差加权（inverse variance weighted，IVW）作为主要分析方法，加权中位数（weighted median，WM）和MR-Egger作为补充分析方法。通过敏感性分析评估结果的可靠性。［结果］ IVW结果表明甲状腺功能亢进症与胃癌之间存在相关性（IVW：OR=0.000 119，P=0.005 577）。敏感性分析验证了结果可靠性，结果不受异质性、多效性影响。 ［结论］ 甲状腺功能亢进症与胃癌之间具有潜在显著的因果关系。 |

| Abstract： ［Objective］ To investigate the relationship between hyperthyroidism and gastric cancer by Mendelian randomization analysis. ［Methods］ Data related to hyperthyroidism were obtained from the IEU database and the summarized statistical data for gastric cancer were obtained from the GWAS catalog database. The potential causal relationship between hyperthyroidism and gastric cancer was analyzed by Mendelian randomization analysis. Inverse variance weighted (IVW) was used as the main analysis method， weighted median and MR-Egger were used as supplementary analysis methods. Sensitivity analysis was performed to assess the reliability of the results. ［Results］ IVW results showed that hyperthyroidism was associated with gastric cancer (IVW： OR=0.000 119， P=0.005 577). Sensitivity analysis verified the reliability of the results， which were not affected by heterogeneity and pleiotropy. ［Conclusion］ There is a potentially significant causal relationship between hyperthyroidism and gastric cancer. |
