| 摘 要：胃癌是全球常见的恶性肿瘤之一，其起病隐匿，症状不明显，就诊时往往已处于进展期或晚期。传统胃癌的治疗方法是以手术治疗为主，辅助以化疗、靶向治疗等，但这种传统治疗效果有限。胃癌患者中分子靶点表达因人而异，如何提高治疗疗效是近年研究热点。免疫检查点抑制剂（immune checkpoint inhibitors，ICIs）的出现改变了胃癌的治疗格局，在临床治疗线数中的应用不断前移，成为关键的治疗手段之一。ICIs联合化疗、ICIs联合靶向治疗及化疗等方案已成为胃癌治疗的多种选择。全文对胃癌ICIs相关临床试验进行总结与探讨。 |

| Abstract： Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors， its treatment is mainly based on surgery， supplemented by chemotherapy and targeted therapy. But the effectiveness of conventional treatment is restricted， to improve its therapeutic efficacy of treatment has become a hot topic in recent years. The emergence of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) has altered the treatment strategies of gastric cancer， and its treatment line is continuing to move forward becoming one of the key means of treatment. ICIs combined with chemotherapy or with targeted therapy and chemotherapy have become an option in the treatment of gastric cancer. This paper reviews the research progress of ICIs in gastric cancer and summarizes the results of related clinical trials. |
