      摘 要:乳腺癌作为威胁女性健康的第一大癌,其治疗策略需要不断更新和完善。基因MTDH作为一个铁死亡过程的驱动基因,在乳腺癌中具有潜在的治疗价值。全文概述了MTDH在乳腺癌转移、耐药、免疫微环境、癌细胞干性中的作用以及其与铁死亡的相关性,显示其作为乳腺癌治疗的特异性靶标具有巨大潜力,但缺乏足够的临床研究数据支持。深入探索MTDH与乳腺癌及免疫的关系,有望找到新型治疗方法,克服目前乳腺癌治疗面临的转移及耐药难题,改善乳腺癌患者的治疗效果和预后。
英文摘要:
      Abstract: Breast cancer, as the leading cancer threatening women’s health, requires constant updates and improvements in treatment strategies. MTDH, as a driver gene in ferroptosis, has potential therapeutic value in breast cancer. This paper reviews the role of MTDH in the metastasis and drug resistance of breast cancer, immune microenvironment, cancer stemness, and its correlation with ferroptosis. It demonstrates that MTDH, as a specific target for breast cancer treatment, has tremendous potential, but lacks sufficient clinical research data. Therefore, a thorough exploration of the relationship of MTDH with breast cancer and its immunity is expected to identify novel treatment methods to overcome the drug resistance and improve the prognosis of breast cancer patients.
