| 摘 要：早在19世纪已有学者发现肿瘤与炎症之间存在某种关系，近几年肿瘤与炎症关系的探讨一直是学界热点问题，其中中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值（neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio，NLR）和血小板与淋巴细胞比值（platelet to lymphocyte ratio，PLR）是研究的焦点。有关NLR、PLR与非小细胞肺癌（non-small cell lung cancer，NSCLC）关系的研究显示NLR和PLR与NSCLC癌患者治疗后的生存状态有关，较高的NLR和PLR常提示患者不良的预后状态。全文就NLR和PLR与NSCLC诊断、分期及治疗的关系作一分析。 |

| Abstract： As early as the 19th century， scholars have found a relationship between tumors and inflammation. In recent years， the exploration of the relationship between tumors and inflammation has been a hot topic in the academic community， with neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and platelet to lymphocyte ratio(PLR) being the focus of research. Research on the relationship between NLR， PLR， and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) has shown that NLR and PLR are related to the survival status of NSCLC patients after treatment. Higher NLR and PLR often indicate poor prognosis for patients. This paper analyzes the relationship between NLR and PLR in the diagnosis， staging， and treatment of NSCLC. |
