摘 要:脂类影响肿瘤免疫反应的作用机制是复杂的,脂类能够通过氧化磷酸化为免疫反应提供能量、激活过氧化物酶体增殖剂激活受体促进免疫反应,但过度的脂质积累会抑制免疫细胞的抗肿瘤活性。多糖本身具有调节脂代谢、抗肿瘤的生物学活性。一方面,多糖能够与各类受体结合,并影响信号通路的表达以调节脂质的代谢;另一方面,多糖与免疫受体结合、调节免疫信号通路、活化免疫细胞,对肿瘤免疫反应起到了重要的影响。全文以肿瘤微环境中脂代谢重编程为切入点,讨论多糖通过减少脂质的过度积累并与特定脂质结合来调控肿瘤免疫。 |

Abstract: The mechanism of lipids regulating tumor immune response is complex, lipids provide energy for immune response through oxidative phosphorylation and activate peroxisome proliferators-activated receptors to promote immune response, but excessive lipid accumulation will inhibit the anti-tumor activity of immune cells. Polysaccharide has biological functions in lipid metabolism and anti-tumor activity. Polysaccharides can bind to various receptors and affect the expression of signaling pathways to regulate lipid metabolism. On the other hand, polysaccharides also can bind to immune receptors to regulate immune signaling pathways, activate immune cells and play an important role in tumor immune response. In this review, we discuss the reprogramming of lipid metabolism in the tumor microenvironment,and the regulating roles of polysaccharides in tumor immunity through reducing excessive lipid accumulation and binding to specific lipids. |
