摘 要:患者源性类器官可以模拟原始组织的发生和进展,再现原发肿瘤的基因突变类型,揭示疾病特异性基因表达,近年来被广泛应用于肿瘤研究模型中。然而,类器官的发展历史以及类器官在肿瘤免疫治疗中的应用尚不清楚。全文从类器官的发展历史、类器官免疫肿瘤微环境的整体研究方法以及类器官在肿瘤免疫治疗中的应用等方面进行综述,总结类器官在肿瘤免疫的局限性和方向。 |

Abstract: Patient-derived organoids can simulate the occurrence and progression of primitive tissues, reproduce the genetic mutation types of primary tumors, and reveal disease-specific gene expression. In recent years, organoids have been widely used as tumor models in cancer research. However, studies on the development history of organoids and the application of organoid in cancer immunotherapy are still limited. This paper reviews the development history of organoids, the overall research methods of organoid immune tumor microenvironment, and the application of organoids in cancer immunotherapy,also discusses the current limitations and future research directions of organoid in cancer immunotherapy. |
