| 摘 要：影像组学是一种新兴分析方法，可从医学图像中提取高维影像特征展开定量分析，量化肿瘤异质性，更科学、更准确地评估肿瘤的生物学行为。胃癌是常见消化道恶性肿瘤之一，精准治疗是降低肿瘤死亡率的有效手段。利用影像组学可以预测胃癌患者TNM分期、治疗相关生物标志物表达状态、生存期等预后相关因素，从而指导临床治疗决策，实现个体化精准治疗。全文就影像组学在预测胃癌预后中的研究应用及进展作一综述。 |

| Abstract： Radiomics is a new analytical method， which extracts high-dimensional features from medical images for quantitative analysis， to quantify tumor heterogeneity and evaluate the biological behavior of tumors more accurately. Gastric adenocarcinoma is one of the common malignant tumors of digestive tract， and precise treatment can effectively reduce tumor mortality. Radiomics can be used to predict prognostic factors such as TNM stage， expression of treatment-related biomarkers and survival time in patients with gastric cancer， so as to guide clinical decision making and achieve individualized precise treatment. This paper reviews the latest research progress of radiomics in predicting the prognosis of gastric adenocarcinoma. |
