摘 要:肿瘤细胞的能量代谢能够有效地调控细胞的增殖、生长、迁移、侵袭等重要的生命活动,从而对肿瘤的发生及进展起到重要作用。基于对特定代谢途径影响肿瘤进展的透彻理解,靶向肿瘤代谢可能有效阻止肿瘤的发生及进展。肿瘤代谢研究始于20世纪中期,但目前靶向肿瘤代谢治疗进展仍十分缓慢。只有少数基于代谢的抗肿瘤药物正在或准备进行临床试验。因此,深入研究肿瘤代谢的机制并研发相应的靶向药物对于肿瘤治疗具有重要意义。全文针对肿瘤代谢及相关药物研究进展进行综述。 |

Abstract: The energy metabolism of tumor cells regulates the cell proliferation, growth, migration and invasion, playing an important role in the tumorigenesis and progression of malignant tumors. Based on understanding of specific metabolic pathways related to tumor progression, targeting tumor metabolism may effectively prevent tumor tumorigenesis and progression. The studies of tumor metabolism began in the middle of last century. However, the progress of targeted tumor metabolic therapy is still very slow, and only a few metabolism-based antineoplastic drugs have been tested in clinical trials. Therefore, further studies on tumor metabolism and progression of corresponding targeted drugs are of great significance for tumor therapy. This paper reviews the research progress of tumor metabolism and the related drug development. |
