| 摘 要：食管癌在浙江省有区域性高发情况，但总体发病率呈逐年下降趋势。1973—2023年这50年间，浙江省肿瘤医院胸部肿瘤团队在食管癌领域实施了区域性流行病学调查、基础与临床转化性研究、高危人群的筛查、外科技术的改良、局部晚期患者的新辅助和辅助治疗、老年患者的个体化治疗优化、晚期患者的综合干预及生活质量综合提升等一系列创新性措施。经过研究，我们发现早筛是提高食管癌生存率最有效的方法，手术治疗仍是治愈的主要手段。外科技术的改良相应可降低手术的并发症，新辅助治疗为局部晚期肿瘤不可或缺的措施，晚期鳞癌通过化疗加免疫药物治疗是最优的选择。因此，提升胸部肿瘤团队在该领域的原始创新能力、学术水准和社会贡献非常必要。 |

| Abstract： Esophageal cancer has a high regional incidence in Zhejiang Province， but the overall incidence decreases yearly. From 1973 to 2023， regional epidemiological investigation， basic and clinical translational research， screening of high-risk groups and improvement of surgical techniques， neoadjuvant and adjuvant therapy for locally advanced patients， individualized treatment optimization for elderly patients， innovative measures such as comprehensive intervention and comprehensive improvement of quality of life for advanced patients were carried out by our team in the field of esophageal cancer. The results showed that early screening is the most effective way to improve the survival rate， and surgical treatment is still the primary means of cure. The improvement of surgical techniques can correspondingly reduce surgical complications. Neoadjuvant therapy is an indispensable measure for locally advanced tumors， and chemotherapy plus immunotherapy is the best choice for advanced squamous cell carcinoma. Therefore， it is necessary to enhance the original innovation ability， academic level and social contribution of the thoracic oncology team in this field. |
