摘 要:TATA框结合蛋白关联因子1(TATA-box binding protein-associated factor 1,TAF1)编码TF Ⅱ D最大的亚基,参与调控基因转录过程。TAF1L为TAF1的同源物,其功能与TAF1存在高度相似性,但在个别领域也有所不同。多项研究证实了TAF1/TAF1L对细胞周期及细胞生长有着重要影响,并且在各类肿瘤中也有广泛作用。在胃癌中,TAF1/TAF1L存在突变及过表达现象,并与肿瘤侵袭转移相关。此外,TAF1/ TAF1L与胃癌微卫星不稳定状态有关,TAF1/ TAF1L相关抑制剂也正逐步得到开发。TAF1/TAF1L有望成为新的胃癌诊疗生物标志物。 |

Abstract: TATA-box binding protein-associated factor 1(TAF1) encodes the largest subunit of TF Ⅱ D and is involved in the regulation of gene transcription. As a homologue of TAF1, TAF1L has high similarity to TAF1 in its function, but it also differs in several domains. Studies have confirmed the important roles of TAF1/TAF1L in cell cycle and cell growth, and a wide range of effects in various types of tumors. In gastric cancer TAF1/TAF1L is mutated and overexpressed, which is related to the invasion and metastasis of the tumor, and also associated with microsatellite instability. TAF1/TAF1L-related inhibitors have been developed, it is expected to become a new biomarker for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer. |
