摘 要:近年来,越来越多的实验和临床研究表明,骨肉瘤患者中存在众多潜在的分子靶点,但暂无针对相应靶点的治疗药物。骨肉瘤发生及发展相关的分子生物学改变,其主要机制包括:①DNA突变,②表观遗传学改变(非编码RNA调控、DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰等)。全文讨论包含一系列可能成为骨肉瘤治疗潜在靶点的内在分子生物学改变,并对骨肉瘤发病机制进行分析,以期基于骨肉瘤的特异性分子改变而选择相关治疗策略,为骨肉瘤的治疗和研究提供新思路。 |

Abstract:There is complex heterogeneity of osteosarcoma, the main mechanisms related to the occurrence and development of osteosarcoma include DNA mutation and epigenetic changes(non-coding RNA regulation, DNA methylation, histone modification, etc.). A series of internal molecular biological changes may be used as the potential targets for treatment of osteosarcoma, but there have been no therapeutic drugs targeting these molecular changes available yet. In this article we summarize the molecular biological changes related to the occurrence and development of osteosarcoma and discuss the its potential therapeutic targets to provide reference for further studies. |
