| 摘 要：近年来以免疫检查点抑制剂为代表的免疫治疗作为一种新兴的治疗方法，使食管癌的治疗步入了新的阶段。既往研究表明免疫治疗可以提高晚期转移性食管癌患者的生存率，且免疫检查点抑制剂与放射治疗相结合可更好地发挥局部治疗作用，放疗联合免疫检查点抑制剂应用于围手术期、局部晚期和晚期食管癌的各项临床研究取得了可观的成效。全文对近年来放疗联合免疫检查点抑制剂在食管癌中的应用进行综述。 |

| Abstract： In recent years， immunotherapy represented by immune checkpoint inhibitors， as a new treatment method， has brought the treatment of esophageal cancer to a new stage. Studies have shown that immunotherapy can improve the survival rate of patients with advanced metastatic esophageal cancer， and the combination of immune checkpoint inhibitors therapy and radiotherapy can play a better role in local treatment， which has achieved considerable results in various clinical studies， including perioperative studies， studies for treatment of locally advanced and advanced esophageal cancer. This article reviews the application of radiotherapy combined with immunotherapy in the treatment of esophageal cancer in recent years. |
