摘 要:外泌体是从正常细胞和肿瘤细胞中释放出来的膜源性小泡,可介导细胞间的物质交换和信息交流。越来越多的研究表明,外泌体在乳腺癌耐药过程中发挥重要作用,并且可作为预测、监测疗效的候选标志物以及逆转耐药的潜在靶点或载体。全文对外泌体在乳腺癌耐药方面及其在乳腺癌诊疗中的临床应用研究进展进行总结。 |

Abstract: Exosomes are membrane-derived vesicles released from normal and tumor cells,which mediate material and information exchange between cells. More and more studies have shown that exosomes play an important role in the process of drug resistance of breast cancer,indicating that exosomes may be used as a candidate marker to predict and monitor the therapeutic efficacy,as well as potential targets or carriers to reverse drug resistance in patients with breast cancer. This review summarizes the advances in the study on exosomes in the drug resistance of breast cancer and its clinical application. |
