| 摘 要：以免疫检查点抑制剂为代表的免疫治疗在多种恶性肿瘤的临床治疗中展现出较好疗效，改变了肿瘤的治疗格局。然而，免疫治疗在部分肿瘤患者中不仅未达到理想的治疗效果，反而出现了肿瘤异常加速生长的非典型反应，称之为疾病超进展（hyperprogressive disease，HPD），导致患者的生存期显著性缩短。全文综述恶性肿瘤免疫治疗中出现的HPD的定义、发生机制及其临床相关因素和分子生物学特征等内容，旨在提高临床医生对HPD现象的认识。 |

| Abstract： Immune checkpoint inhibitors， which are widely used in immunotherapy for cancer patients， shows promising clinical efficacy and has changed the treatment landscape of various malignant tumors. However， it has been observed that in some cancer patients immunotherapy not only failed to achieve the desired therapeutic effect， but showed an abnormally accelerated tumor growth， known as hyperprogressive disease(HPD)， resulting in significantly shortening survival of patients. This review summarizes the definition， mechanism， molecular biological characteristics and related clinical factors of HPD. |
