| 摘 要：近年来免疫检查点抑制剂已成为恶性肿瘤免疫治疗的热点，临床应用广泛，已使多种晚期恶性肿瘤患者受益。同时，治疗过程中出现的免疫相关不良事件（irAEs）也明显增多，其中最常见的是胃肠道irAEs。由于临床上对胃肠道irAEs认识不足或重视不够，导致相关死亡事件发生。全文综述胃肠道irAEs的临床表现、形成机制、诊断及治疗策略，以期指导临床治疗和研究。 |

| Abstract： In recent years， immune checkpoint inhibitors have become a hot spot in the immunotherapy of malignant tumors； they are widely used in cancer treatment and have benefited many patients with advanced malignant tumors. At the same time， immune related adverse events(irAEs) during the treatment process also increase significantly， the gastrointestinal irAEs are the most common ones. Due to the lack of clinical knowledge or attention to gastrointestinal irAEs， the related death events occurr. This article reviews the clinical manifestations， the mechanisms， diagnosis and therapeutic strategy of gastrointestinal irAEs， in order to provide information for clinical treatment and research. |
