| 摘 要：肿瘤出芽是一种特殊的病理学表现，不仅出现在结直肠中，食管、胃、肺、口腔等多个部位也可出现。目前研究表明，肿瘤出芽可作为一种指标，较好反映肿瘤侵袭性和预后。近年来，随着对肿瘤出芽的探索和深入研究，对肿瘤出芽的定义、特征、分级计数标准、检测方法、临床意义及预后等多个方面的认识越来越清晰，肿瘤出芽在结直肠癌的临床治疗决策中的作用也受到重视。 |

| Abstract： Tumor budding is a special pathological manifestation， not only in the colorectal cancer， but also in cancers of esophagus， stomach， lung， oral cavity and other sites. Current studies have shown that tumor budding can be used as an indicator for tumor invasiveness and prognosis. In recent years， with the in-depth studies there has been a clearer understanding of the definition， characteristics， grading and counting standards， detection methods， clinical significance and prognosis of patients related to tumor budding， and more attention has been paid to its application in clinical treatment decision of colorectal cancer. |
