| 摘 要：铁死亡作为铁依赖的新型细胞死亡模式，其发生通路对肿瘤的发生发展有重要影响。近年研究发现铁死亡与结直肠癌(colorectal cancer，CRC)密切相关。目前铁死亡在结直肠癌的机制尚未完全明确。全文综述铁死亡与结直肠癌的潜在联系，描述铁死亡途径中的关键分子与通路在结直肠癌中的表达趋势及临床意义，介绍了诱导铁死亡的药物在结直肠癌中的应用，为结直肠癌的治疗提供新思路。 |

| Abstract： As a newly discovered iron dependent cell death model， the pathways of ferroptosis play an important role in the occurrence and development of various cancers. Recent studies have shown that ferroptosis is closely related to colorectal cancer(CRC)， but its mechanism has not been completely clarified at present. This article reviews the potential relationship between iron death and colorectal cancer， the expression and clinical significance of key molecules of iron death pathway in colorectal cancer， and the application of drugs inducing iron death in colorectal cancer， to provide new ideas for the treatment of colorectal cancer. |
