| 摘 要：胃癌是世界常见恶性肿瘤，其发病率及死亡率居高不下。随着规范化诊疗水平提高，治疗指南更迭，精准医疗与转化医学兴起，胃癌患者人群整体预后有所改善。近年来，多个高质量临床研究结果问世，为影像诊断、围手术期治疗及外科手术一体化的综合治疗提供了新的方案，尤其是免疫与化疗联合的治疗策略也为提高晚期难治性胃癌患者的临床疗效提供了新的思路。随着研究结果的不断更新，临床医师应在临床实践过程中结合指南及最新研究进展，为患者制定精准化的综合治疗方案，尽可能改善胃癌患者的临床疗效及预后。 |

| Abstract： Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors worldwide with high morbidity and mortality. With the improvement of standardized level， the update of guidelines， and the rise of precision and translational medicine， overall prognosis of gastric cancer has been improved. In recent years， several high-quality researches published and provided novel schemes for the integrated treatment of gastric cancer including radiology， perioperative therapy and surgery， especially the clinical efficacy has been improved by the treatment strategy of immunotherapy plus chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer. Thus， clinicians should combine the guidelines and the latest research progress to formulate the precise and comprehensive plan， so as to improve the clinical efficacy and prognosis of gastric cancer as much as possible. |
