摘 要:胶原基质是肿瘤间质的主要成分,为肿瘤提供结构框架和组织支撑作用,在肿瘤细胞增殖、迁移、血管生成和治疗应答中起着重要作用。肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞(tumor infiltrating lymphocytes,TILs)是肿瘤间质中主要的细胞毒性细胞,直接参与抗肿瘤免疫反应。胶原基质和TILs与肿瘤患者的预后密切相关,且两者间关系复杂,在调控肿瘤对治疗的应答中均发挥重要的作用。全文综述肿瘤胶原基质与TILs的特征及两者之间相互作用,并对以两者作为肿瘤治疗靶点的研究进行了介绍。 |

Abstract: Collagen matrix is the main component of tumor stroma, which provides structural framework and tissue support for tumor. It also plays an important role in tumor cell proliferation, migration, angiogenesis and therapeutic response. Tumor infiltrating lymphocytes(TILs) are the main cytotoxic cells in tumor stroma and directly participate in anti?鄄tumor immune response. The relationship between collagen matrix and TILs is complex, both play an important role in regulating tumor response to treatment and are closely related to the prognosis of patients. This article reviews the characteristics of tumor collagen matrix and TILs and the interaction between them, also reviews the research progress of tumor collagen matrix and TILs as the therapeutic targets for tumor treatment. |
