      摘 要:长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是一类长度大于200个核苷酸的RNA,参与多种生物学过程,在表观遗传、转录以及转录后等多个水平调控基因表达进而影响细胞增殖、分化与凋亡。越来越多的证据表明,lncRNA在各种人类疾病,尤其是肿瘤发生发展中起到至关重要的作用。其中,lncRNA EGFR-AS1(EGFR antisense RNA 1)的异常表达与多种肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。全文对EGFR-AS1在不同肿瘤发生发展中的功能与潜在分子机制做一综述。

      Abstract: Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA) is a group of RNAs with a length of more than 200 nucleotides. It participates in a variety of biological processes and regulates gene expression at epigenetic, transcriptional and post transcriptional levels, thereby affecting cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis. More and more evidence indicate that lncRNA plays important roles in various human diseases, especially in the development of tumors. The abnormal expression of lncRNA EGFR antisense RNA 1(EGFR-AS1) is closely related to the occurrence and development of various tumors. The functions and underlying molecular mechanisms of EGFR-AS1 in the occurrence and development of different cancers are summarized in this article.
