      摘 要:Ras相关蛋白1(RAS -associated protein 1,Rap1)是RAS家族小G蛋白中的一员,可通过多种信号通路参与癌变过程。Rap1由两种高度同源异构体Rap1a和Rap1b组成,其中Rap1b通过参与Wnt/β-catenin、PI3K/Akt/mTOR、NF-κB/Twist1、cAMP/PKA等多种通路,在调节细胞增殖、转移,血管生成,免疫逃逸等与肿瘤发生发展相关的方面有显著调控作用。根据其调控作用,Rap1b可能作为肿瘤治疗靶点,通过靶向Rap1b的治疗可能抑制肿瘤的转移、血管生成,解除免疫抑制,减缓耐药。全文就Rap1b对肿瘤相关细胞及通路调节作用的研究进展作一综述。

      Abstract: Ras-associated protein 1(Rap1) is a member of the small G proteins of the RAS family, and it participates in the process of carcinogenesis through multiple signaling pathways. Rap1 is composed of two highly homologous isomers:Rap1a and Rap1b. Rap1b is involved in the cell proliferation and metastasis, angiogenesis, immune escape, and other aspects related to tumor occurrence and development, through regulating Wnt/β-catenin, PI3K/Akt/mTOR, NF-κB/Twist1, cAMP/PKA, and other signaling pathways. It is suggested that Rap1b may be used as a tumor treatment target to inhibit tumor metastasis and angiogenesis, relieve immunosuppression, and slow down the emergence of drug resistance. Here we review the research progress of Rap1b in regulating tumor-related cells and involved signaling pathways.
