| 摘 要：影像引导下微创介入技术已在肺部肿瘤诊疗中发挥重要作用。全文对经皮肺穿刺活检术、肺恶性肿瘤的消融治疗、放射性粒子植入治疗、经支气管动脉灌注化疗术和支气管动脉化疗栓塞术等常用的介入技术作一述评，以加强对微创介入治疗应用于肺部肿瘤的认识。 |

| Abstract：Image-guided minimally invasive interventional techniques have played an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of lung tumors. This article reviews the common interventional techniques for lung tumors such as percutaneous lung biopsy，ablation of pulmonary malignancy，radioactive seed implantation，bronchial arterial infusion and bronchial arterial chemoembolization to strengthen the understanding of minimally invasive interventional therapy in lung tumors. |
