| 摘 要：Ⅰ~Ⅱ期子宫内膜癌的初始治疗方案为分期性手术及术后选择性放化疗。术后适当的辅助治疗可一定程度延长患者的生存期。全文回顾分析有关于子宫内膜癌术后辅助治疗的文献，主要分析影响子宫内膜癌预后的危险因素以及不同分期和危险因素下辅助治疗的选择。 |

| Abstract：Endometrial cancer is one of common malignant tumors of female reproductive system. Surgery and postoperative selective chemoradiotherapy are the main treatment for stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ endometrial cancer. Appropriate adjuvant therapy can improve the survival of patients with early-stage endometrioid carcinoma after surgical treatment. This article reviews the progress on risk factors of postoperative recurrence and selection of adjuvant therapy for patients with early endometrial cancer. |
