摘 要:癌相关成纤维细胞(cancer-associated fibroblasts,CAFs)是肿瘤微环境主要的间质成分,在肿瘤生长、进展和转移过程中起到关键性的作用。众多研究显示,不同来源的CAFs可表达不同的标志物并具有一定的异质性。对CAFs进行分类以及其所发挥的生物学效应进行研究,有利于深入了解CAFs对肿瘤进展和转移的分子机制,从而为恶性肿瘤的治疗提供新型途径。全文对癌相关成纤维来源、分类和异质性等问题进行概述。 |

Abstract:Cancer associated fibroblasts(CAFs) are the main stromal components of tumor microenvironment,which play a key role in tumor growth,progression and metastasis. Many studies have shown that there is a certain heterogeneity of CAFs,and the different biomarkers depend on the origin of the precursor fibroblasts. The classification of CAFs and research on their biological effects facilitate in-depth understanding of the molecular mechanism of CAF in tumor progression and metastasis,thus providing new insights for the treatment of malignant tumors. In this article,we briefly review the origins,the classification and the heterogeneity of the CAFs. |
