      摘 要:乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,严重威胁女性健康,但对其发生、发展、转移和耐药机制尚不完全明确。环状RNA(circRNA)是一类具有闭合环状结构的内源性RNA分子。随着高通量测序技术的发展,大量circRNAs被发现,并证实其具有转录后调控的功能后,circRNAs已成为肿瘤研究领域的热点。近几年,大量研究报道了circRNAs在肿瘤全过程中的作用。全文就circRNAs在乳腺癌发生、发展、侵袭、转移和耐药中的作用进行综述,为乳腺癌的诊疗提供新思路。

      Abstract:Breast cancer is the most common malignancies in women,however,the underlying mechanisms of occurrence,development,metastasis and drug resistance still remain unclear. Circular RNA(circRNA) is a class of endogenous RNA with a closed loop structure. With the development of high-throughput RNA sequencing techniques,numerous circRNAs have been identified and become a research hotspot in oncology after circRNAs were found to post-transcriptionally regulate gene expression. A number of studies reported the roles of circRNAs in the whole process of tumor development. In this article,we review the roles of circRNAs in development,progression,invasion,metastasis and drug-resistance of breast cancer,which may lead to novel strategies for the diagnosis and therapy of breast cancer.
