| 摘 要：滤泡性淋巴瘤（FL）是一种起源于滤泡生发中心的惰性非霍奇金淋巴瘤，患者具有高复发率、短暂持续缓解时间和高转化率的特点。在疾病早期预测滤泡淋巴瘤患者的疾病风险，对于疾病的预后及治疗至关重要。全文探讨滤泡淋巴瘤的各种临床预后标志物及该病治疗的最新进展。 |

| Abstract：Follicular lymphoma(FL) is an indolent non-Hodgkin's lymphoma that originates from the follicular germinal center. Patients have high recurrence rates，short duration of remission and high conversion rates. Predicting disease risk in patients with follicular lymphoma at early stage is critical to the prognosis and treatment of the disease. In this review，recent advances in various clinical prognostic markers and treatments for follicular lymphoma are discussed. |
