| 摘 要：早诊早治是胃癌诊疗的关键。肿瘤标志物检测具有简便、快捷等优点，是目前临床常用的筛查和诊断胃癌的手段。随着胃癌分子研究不断深入，更多的胃癌相关肿瘤标志物被发现。全文对近年来胃癌相关肿瘤标志物研究进行概述，总结了一部分新型肿瘤标志物的研究进展，为胃癌的临床筛查、早期诊断提供参考。 |

| Abstract：Early diagnosis and treatment is the key issue for management of gastric cancer. Tumor markers with the advantages of being simple and rapid，are commonly used for screening and diagnosing gastric cancer at present. With the development of molecular studies，more relevant tumor markers of gastric cancer have been found. In order to provide a reference for clinical screening and early diagnosis of gastric cancer，this article summarizes the recent progress in the research of novel tumor markers of gastric cancer. |
