      摘 要:外泌体是一种所有细胞均可分泌的由内吞而形成的一种双层膜的囊泡。肿瘤细胞来源的外泌体(TEXs)作为肿瘤微环境的重要组成部分,能够通过抑制或改变免疫细胞对癌细胞的免疫反应、促进肿瘤生长和转移。同时,免疫细胞也可以感受来自于TEXs的刺激,进而对肿瘤的生长产生影响。因此,肿瘤细胞与免疫细胞之间的相互作用,决定了机体肿瘤发生发展的进程,而外泌体在此过程中发挥了重要作用。全文就肿瘤细胞与免疫细胞通过外泌体进行相互作用的研究进行总结,以进一步揭示外泌体在肿瘤免疫调节过程中发挥的作用,并为其在疫苗、制药、生物治疗等相关领域的应用及产品开发提供参考。

      Abstract:Exosomes are membrane-bound vesicles secreted by almost all cell types. Tumor cell-derived exosomes(TEXs) as an important part of the tumor microenvironment can promote the growth and metastasis of tumors by inhibiting or changing the response of immune cells to cancer cells. Meanwhile,tumor-secreted exosomes can also stimulate immune cells,which in turn affects the growth of the tumor. Hence,the interaction between tumor cells and immune cells determines the process of tumor development in the body,in which exosomes play an important role. This article summarizes the research progress on the interaction between tumor cells and immune cells through exosomes to further reveal the role of exosomes in the process of tumor immune regulation. The article provides references for its application and product development in vaccines,pharmaceuticals,biotherapy and other related fields.
