摘要：长链非编码RNA(long non?鄄coding RNA，lncRNA)是长度>200个核苷酸（nt）且无蛋白质编码功能的RNA。近几年研究报道，长链非编码RNA似乎是各种过程中的关键调节剂，并且对肿瘤的发生有严重影响。全文探讨lncRNAs、MALAT1、HOTAIR、CCHE1、BLACAT1、EBIC、ANRIL、SNHG16、NEAT1和SNHG20在宫颈癌发生发展中的作用。

Abstract：Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs） are a group of RNA longer than 200 nucleotides without protein coding function. In recent years，studies have indicated that lncRNAs are a key regulator in various biological process and has a considerable impact on the occurrence of tumors. This article reviews the research progress on the roles of lncRNAs MALAT1，HOTAIR，CCHE1，BLACAT1，EBIC，ANRIL，SNHG16，NEAT1，and SNHG20 in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.
