摘 要:肿瘤严重威胁人类生命健康,大量研究已证实恶性肿瘤内存在长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)的失调,且异常表达的lncRNA参与介导侵袭转移、上皮间质转化以及化疗耐药等诸多肿瘤恶性生物学行为。BRAF激活的非编码RNA(BRAF-activated non-coding RNA,BANCR)是新近发现的lncRNA,研究证实BANCR与多囊卵巢综合征、血管平滑肌细胞增殖以及肝癌、胃癌等消化系统恶性肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,并可能成为肿瘤诊治与预后评估的生物学标记物。全文就BANCR在消化系统恶性肿瘤中的表达及其调控作用进行综述。 |

Abstract:Numerous studies have confirmed that long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs) are dysregulated in tumors,which modulate the tumor malignant biological behaviors,including invasion,metastasis,epithelial-mesenchymal transition and chemotherapy resistance. BRAF-activated non-coding RNA(BANCR) is a newly found lncRNA,and studies have confirmed that dysregulated BANCR is closely associated with the development and progression of polycystic ovary syndrome,vascular smooth muscle proliferation,hepatic cancer and gastric cancer,and could be regarded as the biomarker for diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of cancer patients. In this review,the expression and regulatory effects of BANCR in digestive system malignancies are summarized. |
