摘 要:肿瘤能量代谢的重要特征为其主要通过糖酵解供能,即众所周知的Warburg效应。肿瘤微环境不仅为肿瘤生长提供能量支持,而且调控肿瘤信号通路,促进肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭和转移。全文就肿瘤微环境及其对肿瘤代谢的调控作用进行综述。 |

Abstract:Aerobic glycolysis is considered as a key feature of cancer metabolism,which is known as Warburg effect. The tumor environment supplies energy and also modulates signaling pathways in tumor cells and stimulate proliferation,invasion and metastasis. In recent years,tumor microenvironment and metabolism have become a hot spot in tumor research. The role of tumor environment in the tumor metabolism is reviewed in this article. |
