      摘 要:长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是一类长度大于200nt的非编码RNA,因其缺乏开放阅读框,故不具备编码蛋白质的功能。lncRNA通过操纵肿瘤耐药相关基因、调节相关信号通路等多种机制改变肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感度,调控肿瘤耐药的发生和发展。对肿瘤细胞耐药相关性lncRNA作用机制关系进行总结,并探寻耐药相关标志物及开发逆转剂有重大临床意义。全文总结了lncRNA与肿瘤细胞耐药性密切相关的研究进展,介绍了lncRNA参与肿瘤耐药的机制以及对不同肿瘤耐药性的影响,为提高化疗药物敏感性以及逆转肿瘤细胞的耐药性提供参考依据。

      Abstract:Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA) is a class of non-coding RNA with a length greater than 200nt. Due to lack of an open reading frame,it does not have the function of protein coding. lncRNA changes the sensitivity of tumor cells to chemotherapeutic drugs by manipulating tumor resistance-related genes and regulating related signaling pathways. Thus,it is of clinical significance to study the relationship between the resistance of tumor cells and the action of lncRNA,and to further explore drug resistance-related markers and reversal agents. This article summarizes the latest research progress of the relationship between lncRNA and tumor resistance,and the mechanism involved,as well as the effect of lncRNA on drug resistance in different tumors,to provide information for improving the chemosensitivity and reversing drug resistance of tumor cells.
