| 摘 要：长链非编码RNA（long non-coding RNA，lncRNA）是RNA分子中的一个新类型，它广泛参与肿瘤发生发展的过程。胃癌高表达转录本1（gastric carcinoma high expressed transcript 1，GHET1）是胃癌组织中新近发现的一种lncRNA，研究发现，其在多种肿瘤中高表达并对多种肿瘤存在调控作用。全文就GHET1在肿瘤中的研究进展作一综述。 |

| Abstract：Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is a novel class of RNA molecules，it widely participates in the development and progression of tumors. Gastric carcinoma high expressed transcript 1（GHET1） is one kind of lncRNA found recently in gastric cancer tissues. Researchers have found that GHET1 is highly expressed in many types of tumors and has the regulatory effects on multiple neoplasms. The research progress of GHET1 in tumors were summarized in this review article. |
