摘 要:液体活检作为一种非侵入性的方法,从血液、尿液等体液中获取大量疾病的信息以对疾病进行早期的诊断。核酸适配体是一种可以特异识别靶分子的单链寡核苷酸,它类似于抗体,但优于抗体,具有更好的亲和力及稳定性。目前,已有很多研究用核酸适配体来捕获体液中的肿瘤细胞,早期诊断肿瘤及通过测定肿瘤细胞序列进行靶向药物选择。全文就核酸适配体在肿瘤液体活检中的应用及发展作一综述。 |

Abstract:As a non-invasive diagnostic method,liquid biopsy can obtain lots of information about disease from liquid samples,such as peripheral blood and urine. Aptamers are a group of single-stranded nucleic acid fragments,which can identify and bind to specific targets. The mechanism is similar to that of antibody,but it works better than antibody with the advantages of high affinity and stability. Now,many studies have used nucleic acid aptamers to capture tumor cells in body fluids for diagnosis of early stage cancer and target drug selection by subsequent sequencing of malignant cells. This review focuses on the development and application of aptamers in the tumor liquid biopsy. |
